Refund Policy
Students who drop a course before the first class meeting receive a full refund of the course fee. Students withdrawing within the first three weeks of class receive a 20% refund of the course fee. No refund is given after the third week of classes. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR OR IN ANY SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES AFTER THE  THIRD WEEK OF CLASS 

Students who withdraw from all courses before the first class in a given term will receive a full refund of the Registration Fee. Students who withdraw from all courses in the first two weeks of class receive a 20% refund. No refund is given for the Registration Fee after the third week of class.

Withdrawal Policy
Students who withdraw from a class during the first 3 weeks will receive a (W) withdrawal. Students who withdraw after 3 weeks will receive a failing grade (F). A student who considers withdrawing after the 3rd week will be given the option of taking an incomplete grade (I) and will be allowed up to an additional 5 weeks beyond the end of the term to complete the course. If the course is not completed by the end of the 5th additional week, the incomplete automatically becomes a failing grade (F). If there are extraordinary circumstances, a student may petition to start over the course this must be done in writing.
